Kenzie's Original Taco Sauce

 This taco sauce was created on a whim one evening. I wanted something other than ranch or sour cream on my taco. I wanted something creamy but with complementary flavors. I started looking around on Pinterest but didn't find anything that felt right. So I just grabbed some sour cream, taco seasoning, mayo, a lime and some buttermilk and thought that would be a good starting point. This recipe was "meant to be" because the first attempt was DELICIOUS and exactly what I was hoping to create! I added this to my Fajita Burritos and I melted. It was the perfect addition. I dipped a potato chip in it (weird I know) and it was super yummy! I made some quesadillas and this taco sauce was a great dip! It is now something I will have in the fridge on rotation with other dips. It has the taco spice kick but with a delightful zest from the lime and a creamy base to compliment many dishes!
