Hi, I’m kenzie!
I was born and raised and currently live in Northern Utah. I am married to a very patient and calm man who is always willing to try my new concoctions. He balances me out perfectly! We swiped right never looked back ;-). We have a beautiful daughter who is a wonderful blessing from Husbands previous marriage. She loves being my Sous Chef and I love it too!
I have loved cooking since I was little. I started out by getting my moms biggest mixing bowl and every.single.item from her spice cabinet, and creating “masterpieces” that were surely anything but edible. I was intrigued with flavors and was lead into this passion by my Mom and Grandmas. They always let me peek at the processes, help stir and encouraged me as I started sharpening my skills.
As I learned new dishes in my cooking classes at school, my parents and sisters (sometimes haha) were always willing to be guinea pigs as I worked to master the recipes. In highschool, I was able to take a chef prep class. It was a game changer. My confidence was building, my skills increasing. I started finding other classes to take knew that creating with food brought me so much joy! There have been ups and downs along the way, but I am so grateful for where I’m at and can’t wait to see where this passion takes me! I am thrilled that you’re here for the ride! Bon Appetit!

As an advocate for strengthening homes and families, my mission is to help you gather your loved ones around the table where you can enjoy a meal, share triumphs and trials, laughter and tears, make memories and some inside jokes.
I believe the kitchen is the heart of the home. It’s a place of learning, laughter, guidance, and support.
Through wholesome recipes, money saving tips and tricks and guided instruction to build your confidence in the kitchen, I aim to empower those Mamas (and any other human) to gather the family for some ‘thyme’ at the table.
